Bridget Marquardt, one of Playboy’s Girls Next Door, will be hosting Ditch Fridays this Friday, August 22 at the Palms Pool & Bungalows.
She’ll be joined by N9NE Group and resident DJ Skribble and will lead guests in the Palms Pool & Bungalows “Ship Wreck Pirate Treasure Hunt” wherein guests will receive clues throughout the day to lead them to the treasure while partying in a pirate-themed atmosphere.

Have a whole lot of cash burning a hole in your pocket? Then you need to swing by the Fleur de Lys Restaurant at Mandalay Bay, a Las Vegas branch of the very popular Fleur de Lys Restaurant in San Francisco.
The “FleurBurger 5000” is actually two burgers (bring a guest!) consisting of Kobe beef patties topped with foie gras, black truffles and truffle sauce served on brioche truffle buns. The burgers also come with a bottle of 1990 Chateau Petrus wine.

Cinco de Mayo, a celebration of pride and a joyous holiday throughout Mexico and the US, marks a battle that took place in Puebla, Mexico (appropriately called the Battle of Puebla) that ended in victory when 4,000 Mexican soldiers defeated over 8,000 French fighters on May 5, 1862. The opening of Sunset Tan at the Palms has been all over the news this week. If you follow the reality show of the same name on E! then you know plans for the Vegas shop have been in the works for quite a while.
The shop has had a “soft opening” so far, meaning there have been no official announcements or events, but the doors are open and they’re taking clients.

Chef Kerry Simon is gearing up to open two new restaurants in Las Vegas:
Debuting December 29th at the Luxor is The CatHouse “Loungerie,” a restaurant, lounge and performance space inspired by “the rich opulence of a 19th-century European bordello.”
Once CatHouse is up and running, Simon will turn his attention to Palms Place, the new luxury tower at the Palms Casino where his next venture will debut.
