We’re in the last several weeks of (official) summer and while I’ve written about public pools in Vegas for families and kids, several hotels on the Strip (or just off) also offer deals and specific swim times for adults only:
The Tropicana hosts a “Mint Mondays” pool party with food, live music, a DJ, pool volleyball, swimming and dancing from noon to 11:00 p.m. on Mondays. Admission is free. (3801 Las Vegas Blvd. South)

We had a wonderful break in our weather last week – it actually got pretty chilly again! But now we’re back up where we’re supposed to be this time of year and many locals and visitors are starting to think of ways to keep cool.
