The Las Vegas Monorail Drops Prices

The Las Vegas Monorail has announced it’s lowering the prices of the majority of its ride tickets.
The unlimited ride one-day pass drops from $15 to $12, and the the 3-day pass to $28 from $40. It has also discontinued the 2-ride, 6-ride, and 10-ride multi-ride tickets. Single ride tickets will remain the same at $5 each.
The new ticket prices are available online as well as at the ticket booths.

The Las Vegas Monorail (technically the Robert N. Broadbent Las Vegas Monorail) was finally completed and opened to the public in July 2004. It was then plagued by several problems, the largest being parts falling from the monorail to the ground below. After several starts and stops, so to speak, it opened without further issues in early 2005.
