Las Vegas is well-known for its buffets and world-class dining, but it also has a fantastic selection of vegetarian restaurants as well.

Cinco de Mayo, a celebration of pride and a joyous holiday throughout Mexico and the US, marks a battle that took place in Puebla, Mexico (appropriately called the Battle of Puebla) that ended in victory when 4,000 Mexican soldiers defeated over 8,000 French fighters on May 5, 1862. The kids are out for Spring Break this week so today we decided to hook up with my husband for lunch. He and a few coworkers have been wanting to try a new Mexican restaurant down the street so we decided to check it out.
