SushiSamba at the Palazzo Hotel is a 14,000 square foot restaurant with a dining room that seats 150 people, a sushi bar that seats 21 and a main bar that accommodates 35 people.

The cuisine is a fusion of Brazilian and Japenese with creative dishes like Brazilian churrasco and feijoada, Japanese tempura, Peruvian anticuchos, and roasted skewered meats.

For the Brazilian Independence Day on September 7th, the restaurant will be offering a menu of Brazilian dishes, samba and capoeira (an ancient Brazilian dance incorporating martial arts) with Brazilian drummers.

The live entertainment begins at 8 p.m. and again at 9 p.m. along with the special menu of Brazilian-inspired dishes and drinks, including Salada de Papaya and Mango (pickled belize sweet shrimp), Espetinho (mini skewers of organic chicken wings wrapped in bacon), Pato com Banana (roasted duck breast, crispy banana, sweet onion, duck jus, cacao oil and roasted zucchini), Capoeira Roll (rock shrimp, mango, avocado, queijo blanca with coconut chimichurri sauce).

The Bandeira, a cocktail made with citrus fruits, kiwifruit, pinot grigio and cachaca, will be the signature drink of the night.
