Alicia says cold tomato soup is a little weird at first but the food is so good you get over it quickly! Check out the rest of the menu which jumps from burritos to sushi, lasagna to wraps – and none of it cooked!

They have two locations: The first is at 2910 Lake East Drive and is open from 9am to 9pm Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday). The second location is at the Smiths Shopping Center at 2381 Windmill Lane and is open from 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday, and 8am to 5pm on Sundays.

…

Long Life Vegetarian Restaurant
Long Life Vegetarian is a vegetarian Chinese restaurant that serves sushi and other Chinese favorites but uses “faux meat,” though Alicia says you’d never know it (the seafood is real, though!). They’re not expensive and you get a lot of food, unlike many vegetarian restaurants that seem to give you the bare minimum. It’s located at 4130 S Sandhill Rd # A4, and is open from 11am to 9pm Monday through Saturday.

…

Samosa Factory
Another of Alicia’s favorites, Samosa Factory specializes in Indian food and, of course, samosas (a popular snack in India). Though it’s not a vegetarian-only restaurant they do offer many veg-only dishes, including Spinach Paneer (which Alicia says is divine), Mattar Paneer and pakora (deep-fried veggies!). Meat eaters can also enjoy their lamb and chicken dishes as well. Be forewarned – a flip through the menu will make you hungry!

…

Check out these other vegetarian restaurants around the valley too!

Himalayan Cuisine
730 E Flamingo Rd #10
Las Vegas, NV
Phone: 894-9334
~ Exotic Himalayan vegetarian and vegan fare.

Little Geisha Shabu Shabu Hot Pot
6125 S Fort Apache Rd #200
Las Vegas, NV
Phone: 914-8821
~ Seafood, meat and vegetarian cooked in your own hot pot.

Tamba Indian Cuisine & Lounge
3743 S Las Vegas Blvd
Las Vegas, NV
Phone: (866) 666-0422
~ Traditional Indian curries, rice dishes and wines.

Frank & Fina’s Cocina
4175 S Grand Canyon Dr Ste 100
Las Vegas, NV
Phone: 579-3017
~ Vegetarian-friendly Mexican restaurant.

Mr. Lucky’s 24/7 Cafe at the Hard Rock
4455 Paradise Rd
Las Vegas, NV
Phone: 693-5000
~ Vegetarian-friendly hot spot!

Red Rock Chili Co
9500 S Eastern Ave #150
Las Vegas, NV
Phone: 568-4018
~ Signature chili dresses up everything from hot dogs to nachos, includes a vegetarian menu.

Gandhi
4080 Paradise Rd Ste 9
Las Vegas, NV 89109-4835
Phone: 734-0094
~ Vegetarian and meat dishes.

India Oven
2218 Paradise Rd
Las Vegas, NV
Phone: 366-0222
~ Delicious Indian food with a lot of vegetarian options

Potato Valley Cafe
801 S Las Vegas Blvd. Ste 110
Las Vegas, NV
Phone: 363-7821
~ You’ve got to check out the amazing things they’re doing with potatoes!

Big Town Hero
3130 E Sunset Rd
Las Vegas, NV
Phone: 258-4376
~ Delicious sandwiches on fresh bread with four vegetarian sandwiches.

The Raw Truth
2381 E Windmill Ln
Las Vegas, NV
Phone: 450-9007
~ Another no-cook, raw-only restaurant.

Post from: The Las Vegas Adventurer
