SushiSamba Celebrates Brazilian Independence Day

SushiSamba at the Palazzo Hotel is a 14,000 square foot restaurant with a dining room that seats 150 people, a sushi bar that seats 21 and a main bar that accommodates 35 people.
The cuisine is a fusion of Brazilian and Japenese with creative dishes like Brazilian churrasco and feijoada, Japanese tempura, Peruvian anticuchos, and roasted skewered meats.
For the Brazilian Independence Day on September 7th, the restaurant will be offering a menu of Brazilian dishes, samba and capoeira (an ancient Brazilian dance incorporating martial arts) with Brazilian drummers.
