Buffets are as Las Vegas as Elvis and neon. However, over the years they’ve gone through quite a transformation. Many of them no longer resemble the standard lunchroom look that they did for so long, instead they’ve undergone makeovers to look like quaint markets, gourmet eateries or art galleries.
