I just saw these mentioned on the morning news and had to write about them. They’re called Liberace Kicks and are now being sold at the Liberace Museum and online at liberace.org.
There are six styles to choose from, each one inspired by a different outfit worn by Liberace. At $99 a pair they’re not cheap but seriously, look at those shoes. If you like attention from random strangers and want to show your love for Liberace, piano playing or both, these are the shoes for you.
Profits from the sale of items in the Liberace Museum Store benefit The Liberace Foundation, which helps talented students pursue careers in the performing and creative arts through scholarship assistance.
