palazzo hotel

One of the newest hotels on the Strip: The Palazzo Hotel. This picture was taken while we were waiting for Mystere the other night.

Avoid this hotel. On July 4, the maid searched through my luggage and stole a bracelet that my children had given me. This was the first time that housekeeping came before 2 pm. I could endure the long lines for the elevator, the trash on the floor from the partying the night before, and the inadequate pool space, but this broke my heart. Considering the better staffed hotels on the strip, I would go someone else.

Shoddy. Rooms were dirty, halls and elevators disgusting, casino terrible and extremely cold air blown in the a.m. Exterior smells of sewage. My husband and I both got food poisoning from one of their restaurants. Terrible layout.

Hi mousespotter - I’m sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. The Palazzo doesn’t sound like it’s gotten off to a good start!
