Back to School Fair This Weekend
School starts Monday, and to help local families get ready Cox Communications and the Clark County School District will be hosting a Back to School Fair tomorrow, August 23rd, at the Galleria at Sunset Mall in Henderson. From 10:00am until 4:00pm school officials will be providing information on zoning, food services, employment opportunities and other school instructions.
The Southern Nevada Health District will also be there to provide immunizations for $16, or $25 for two.
Keep in mind that new guidelines this year require seventh graders to have the Tdap (tetanus), diphtheria and whooping cough vaccines! The vaccines will be given between 10am to 6pm.
