The Most Expensive Burgers in Las Vegas

Have a whole lot of cash burning a hole in your pocket? Then you need to swing by the Fleur de Lys Restaurant at Mandalay Bay, a Las Vegas branch of the very popular Fleur de Lys Restaurant in San Francisco.
The “FleurBurger 5000” is actually two burgers (bring a guest!) consisting of Kobe beef patties topped with foie gras, black truffles and truffle sauce served on brioche truffle buns. The burgers also come with a bottle of 1990 Chateau Petrus wine.
The price tag for this overload of decadence is only $5000 – pocket change, right? I wonder if it comes with fries.

Not in the mood for truffles galore? Then try this one from The Palms: they’ll give you a $6 Carl Jr.’s hamburger (seriously!) with a 24-year-old bottle of French Bordeaux and charge you $6,000 for it.
It’s called the $6000 Combo Meal and is available exclusively on The Palms room service menu. Still no word on those fries!

And to think that John Travolta’s character in Pulp Fiction was put off by a five dollar shake. I’d like to know where they serve hot wings with a lock of Paul Prudhomme’s beard hair and how much it will cost me.
That’s a little too expensive for me. Have you tried Cheeburger Cheeburger on S. Rainbow yet? It’s awesome.
Good grief!!!
I don’t even like wine, so I think if I want Carl’s Jr. I’ll just go there.
Wow, if I could sell my house I might one of these burgers. That must be a really good bottle of wine!
@ Jody – you’re right – this makes a $5 shake look like nothing!
@ VegasDad – I haven’t but I’ve heard they’re great! We’re going to be out and out this weekend, we may have to stop by and give it a try.
@ Alicia – exactly. The wine would be totally wasted on me too.
@ LV Explorer – I agree! I don’t even want to think about the kind of income it takes to just throw that much down for a bottle of wine and a burger.
Man. If only they were $4000 I might consider it, but $5000 is just too much.
I’d love to try just one bite to see what the big fuss is!
