We grew up in Vegas, we know about service. We are happy for Jen & Chris but sad for our children who did not share in their happy experience. As Jen and Chris know, you only get one wedding (first) night. Spend yours somewhere else as a guest but do see this hotel, it's a marvel to be sure. Want the truth, ask a professional travel agent. I've found they have access to information not easly available from a basic web serarch.

Do the research, look at who onws who on the Vegas strip. Not only did 1/4 of the dinner guests get ill at the Bellagio Vegas Buffet but the kids – newly weds - being sick, left their wedding papers as well as a card with $200 cash in their room upon check out. Their documents were destroyed by the Bellagio and their wedding gift of $200 turned up missing. The Bellagio response was to question weather or not our daughter and her new husband were trying to "scam" the hotel. For $200? Her husband is US military with TS clearance higher than anyone who works in or manages the Bellagio. True story ...there's much more. If your sick there and need a doctor, be ready to shell out $300 cash before their (The Bellagio Hotel) doctor will see you. Nice fountains though, save your money and go to a Vegas hotel where they still respect the guest. They are plentiful. We thought the Bellagio was one of them. They have proved us wrong. The kid's last name is Bradley ...they were there the day after Easter 08. Reports made, time passed and all the kids got was called dishonest by the Bellagio Hotel. Nice garden too. Stay somewhere else is our advice.

Stay away from the Bellagio buffet …or at least don’t have the turkey and if you’re on your wedding night …like my daughter …and you get sick at the Bellagio, do not expect any customer service.

Not only did 1/4 of the dinner guests get ill at the Bellagio Vegas Buffet but the kids – newly weds – being sick, left their wedding papers as well as a card with $200 cash in their room upon check out.
